REGISTRATION
Friday registration - from 20:30 to 23:00 at Tango bar
Saturday registration - from 9:30 at Buba

WORKSHOPS
Workshop location: BUBA, Vodovodna cesta 25, Ljubljana
- There are 2 workshop halls: Celia Cruz - Ground floor of Buba building and Tito Puente - 1st floor of Buba building
- Detailed schedule of the workshops for every location is included in the Festival brochure and published on the hall’s door.

Friday Opening Party: Tango bar, Smartinska 106, Ljubljana
Saturday Gala Party: Festivalna dvorana, Vilharjeva cesta 11, Ljubljana
Saturday Afterparty: Ostirna bar, Dunajska 22, Ljubljana
Sunday Farewell Party: Tango bar, Smartinska 106, Ljubljana
- If you want to see Saturday shows please be there on time: shows start at 22:30
- Don't forget there is an extra party from 03.00 a.m. to 06.00 a.m. on Saturday, organized in Oštirna bar - walking distance! - only 20m from Festivalna dvorana

SIGHTS AND SHOPPING
- A free tour of Ljubljana is organized on Sunday after the workshops at 17:30, starting from Buba
- Dance shoes can be bought during the workshops in Buba and at the Saturday party in Festivalna dvorana.

FOOD & DRINKS
- In the morning, before the workshops, there are fresh muffins prepared for you and coffee mashine and vending mashines with soft drinks and snacks are available all the time.
- You are able to buy warm lunch at Buba (workshop location) on Saturday and Sunday. Unit price is 6€ per lunch (1 coupon). Coupons are available at the reception desk.

WRISTBANDS
- Wristbands must be worn all the time during the Festival and will be checked at the entrance of all workshops and party venues.
- PLEASE NOTE: Lost, removed or broken bands will not be replaced! You will have to buy a new Festival pass at actual prices at the Festival Office located in Buba. Wristbands are waterproof.
